Tubbataha Reef

Tubbataha Reef is located in the middle of the Sulu Sea in Mindanao. This place was nomited for the New Seven Wonders of the world. Tubbataha reefs was also declared as a World Heritage Site by the UNESCO since 1993. The Philippines is an archipelago of 7,107 islands yet little is known to our underwater treasure. You will discover a different world here in tubbataha as you witness the glorifying scene of the underwater treasures that lies underneath the seas of Sulu.

This place was documented by GMA seven last May 18, 2007 to bring documentary issues to the public about our underwater riches. If you have seen the show, then you will probably be amazed on how beautiful the Philippines is underneath its seas. Here, you will witness the beautiful giant reefs and the lots of marine species that can only be found in this area. We can help preserve this World Heritae Site by contributing to the tourism industry. Every year, about 4 million pesos are being generated as income from the tourist coming in from all over the world. It is us who should be the first to witness the beauty of our Natural treasures Truly, this is a remarkable possession of the Filipinos.

Underground River as the NEW SEVEN WONDERS OF THE WORLD

Puerto Princesa Underground river is a world Heritage site inscribed by UNESCO way back in 1999. It is located in Puerto Princesa, Palawan. This is a 8.2 kilometers navigable underground river that winds through a spectacular cave all the way in to the South China Sea exit. The river flows within the awesome rugged limestones, stalagmites, stalactites and marble cliffs. You will be amazed by the rock formation that you will witness. Its as if it was designed by someone who is really a genuis in rock formation. No wonder this is the pride of the Puerto Princesa in Palawan.
You will witness how tourist friendly the locals are. As they are all well oriented for being as friendly as they can to the visitors. You'll have to rent a boat for your tour inside this wonderful underground cave. The boatmen are all very well trained in handling the difficult situations inside the cave.
This is definitely one of the main reason why you should go to Palawan. Next to Bohol, Palawan is in my number 2 spot. Dont miss the opportunity to witness this World Heritage Site.

Pagsanjan Falls

One of the most visited tourist destination in the province of Laguna is the Pagsanjan Falls. Located more than 100 kms. away from Manila southeast of Laguna, here lies one of the fantastic falls in the Philippines.

Features
One of the main feature here is the boat ride. Anyone who is an adventure seeker will surely enjoy the boat ride trip to the falls. This two-hour trip is the highlight of your visit in Pagsanjan. You will definitely enjoy the ride as you experience the rapids of the falls. It's as if you are in a foreign land. When you reach the fall, you can swim all you want using bamboo rafts and boulders around the area.

About the Boatride
Well, I can't say if there is actually a fixed price for the boatride because there are lots of boatmen offering their service in different prices especially during off season. But if you are going to Pagsanjan during the summer, you'll probably pay for about P1,500 per head for the boatride itself. But, its okay to spend that much cause you will be amaze in you experience there.

Tips:
  • Bring vests
  • Bring foods
  • Be careful with your gadgets especially during the boat trip because you will surely be wet
  • Bring towels
  • Bring Swimming suits
  • Bring Sunglasses
  • Bring Extra shirts
You may be amazed if you see vendors in boats offering tourists refreshments and beverages.

Caylabne

Although the coast of Manila Bay in Cavite is largely polluted, you will be amazed to discover that here lies a spectacular beach with spectacular view and that is Caylabne. Who would want to travel more than hundreds of miles away from Manila where you can easily find a place equivalent to paradise in the Province of Cavite. Caylabne is now a prime tourist destination in Cavite as one of the top beaches of the province. I would recommend this place to those people especially in Manila and in Cavite who wants to experience white sand in the beach. If you are worried about the budget, well...you shouldn't be. If you can afford going to Puerto Galera or even in Boracay which more than twice farther than Caylabne, then you can surely go in Caylabne too.

Vigan

Vigan is the Capital City of Ilocos Sur. This city is known for its old houses that was built way back during the spanish regime about more than a hundred years ago. You will be amaze on how people way back in the spanish era up to now manage to preserve this historical site in the Philippines. Although lots of this house have no maintenance, you can still appreciate the beauty of this place. This place is perfect for those who want to see unique scenery with a touch of the province.
You can see that Vigan is located near the South China Sea so it is also known for Wonderful beaches and they are also rich in seafood's.

If you will be coming in from Manila, you can reach Boracay in just more than an hour ride from an airplane then a boat ride to the island.
